Wholesale Policies
Our Process
No order will be started until 50% of the total invoice is paid. We will then order any base yarn that we do not have on hand. When that order arrives, we will plan out the dye order that will get you your order the quickest way we can, and then we dive in. Once your order is dyed, dried, and labeled, you will receive notification that the order is complete. The remainder of the order balance is due before we can ship your order. When we receive payment, including shipping, your order will be boxed and shipped out. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received. If final payment is not received within 30 days, the deposit is considered payment for damages and the order is forfeit with no refunds.
Minimum Order
In order to purchase as a wholesale customer, we require a minimum of 100 skeins per order. For established customer (ordering at least 100 skeins/year) that minimum drops to 50.
* Occasionally we do negotiate smaller orders at our discretion.
Colors
We have almost 30 colors that we keep available from which you may choose. However, if you have a color that you are interested in that you don’t see, please reach out to us. We love coming up with new colors and offer color exclusivity for a time period based on order quantities.
Rush Orders
If you have an order you need right away, please reach out to us. This will have to be handled on an individual basis. We will be very honest with you if we can meet your time frame. Please note that rush orders may have a higher cost than our standard wholesale prices.
Order Changes
If you have a change you would like to make to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. In an attempt to be prompt to get you your yarn as quickly as possible, your down payment will be used towards the purchase of your base yarn. Therefore, at the point the yarn is ordered, we have limited options for changes in base weight, and cancellations cannot be offered a refund of the initial down payment.
Method of Payment
You will receive an invoice via email from Shopify. This can be paid with Shopify, or a check can be mailed. Please note that with checks, we cannot begin your order until the check clears in our account.
Delivery and Shipping
For every wholesale order, we estimate 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. But we will give you more accurate estimates when the order is made, as we can look at our schedule to see if we can make it come to you faster.
Shipping is done through our Shopify platform and will always be sent with tracking. If you have a preference for shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx), let us know, and we will bill you accordingly.
Hand Dyed
All of our yarn is hand-dyed in small batches. While we are very conscious of dye lots, and consistency, due to the nature of handmade products, each product may vary slightly.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. We want you to get only the best products from us, so if you see any concerns or issues in your order, please reach out to us within 5 days of the receipt of the order. We will work with you to make sure you get exactly what your ordered.
Mistakes/incorrect merchandise
In the event that we make a mistake (we’re human after all), we will replace any incorrect color/weight at our expense. Just reach out to us and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Returns and Exchanges
We are sorry, we do not accept Wholesale merchandise to be returned or exchanged. Each wholesale order is customized to you, so we only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
