We're in full-on fiber & craft show season around here - which means I'm dyeing nightly almost (haha). The studio has been such a happy place to be with colors "flying" in all directions. I'm so thankful for this job I have. I'm so happy to be a mad scientist on a regular basis. I'm glad that I have the opportunity to create - and it's my work.
We're gearing up for the fall Ann Arbor Fiber Expo next weekend (October 24-25) with a new base weight (Seduction DK - Silk, alpaca, linen) and a whole bunch of lovely new colors. If you're in the area of Saline, Michigan, you should really check it out - it's SO worth it!
Now off to "real" life with kids and dogs and family and such...and then back to the dye studio tonight.
