It seems like it's been ages...probably because it has! We've been busy bees around here because the Sleeping Bear Yarn Club of Wool & Honey had our lucky selves as the guest dyers of their January "Cedar Cardinal" yarn. That meant a LOT of dyeing of red lovely fingering yarn! It has been such fun...and a lot of very satisfying heavy lifting (wet wool is not light!!). We are so excited to be delivering this bounty next week to Wool & Honey in Cedar, Michigan. If you're looking for a fantastic 3, 6, or 12-month yarn club...give them a whirl. They're awesome.
We've got some other ditties on the horizon this and next month that you'll also want to check out including the Sandhill Crane Vineyards' Winter Wine & Wool Festival. This takes place in Jackson, Michigan at Sandhill Crane Vineyards on Saturday, January 30th from 10:30 am until 5:30 pm. I don't know about you, but wine and wool sounds like the BEST combination to me!
And last, but certainly not least, is a trunk show coming up in February at Spun Ann Arbor- Kerrytown, Ann Arbor. Check back next week - we should have the date firmed up!
